My phone broke, so can i just get a new verizon phone off ebay or something, or an old phone from a friend, and continue my service with verizon without my contract getting expanded?

okay so i have a cell phone through tmobile.My stepfather requested a print out of the text messages…How far do they go back with the text messages and can they see the conversations or just the number and the time??
How so I put pictures on to my camera? In the phonebook it has an option to put a picture for each person but I dont know how to put the picture into the phone. Can someone please tell me? It is a Samsung T209 cell phone and it doesn’t have a camera. Also how do I put my own songs onto it to use as ringtones and how do I put the phone on vibrate?
I want a better phone but I can’t. I wanted either the PEBL or the Blackberry Pearl but my mom is adding me on to her plan and on her plan I only had a choice between two phones. I could have gotten the PEBL or the Blackberry Pearl on her plan but she refused to spend more that $20 on my phone 
So i got this new verizon phone yesterday called, The Alias. and i’ve been trying to get free ringtones and wallpapers, but the site will ask for the cell phone model number. with my luck, i cant get the back of my phone open to check, i’ve looked on the verizon website and can’t find it either. Help me find out where to get the model of my phone. Thanks!
