when you go to settings, personalize and then skin, there are` three skins that you can choose from. is there a way to change it?

so yesterday, i broke my phone because i dropped it. i went to tmobile today and they couldn’t replace it because i physically damaged it but they upgraded it to a different phone because my plan was ready for upgrading.
i don’t like the phone that i chose to upgrade to. do you think it’ll be possible to return this phone and get another one instead?
I bought a cell phone from verizon two Novembers ago but two months later I exchanged it for a new, different one. Am I still eligible to receive my new phone in November when my line started or do i have to wait until January.

i have rizr z3 my fave fives phone on t-mobile. my plan is unlimited text picture text and fave fives. to upgrade my phone would be about 100-300 dollars. where can i get a cheap texting phone???? help i’m really frustrated. thanks!

I have a chocolate verizon cell phone. so i go to set my ringtone. i pick one, hit set as ringtone and then ask my friend to call me. but when she calls me, it dosent play the ringtone, instead it says “call from (caller)”. how do i change it so it plays the ringtone?
