ok, i just got my cell phone today, ups shipped.
i got a blackberry pearl (white) for tmobile, but i bought the phone and service thew amazon, now the proble, i opend the box to my phone, you know to play with my new phone, and i noticed that the phone is not new, or has been used, maybe refurbished. ok i got the phone for free, but still i have to be two years with tmobile, and when i orderd it said new, not used, not refurbished, but new!!!new!! and when i tryed texting i noticed that it kinda wanted to frezze. what should i do, who is responsible, tmobile or amazon, i want my phone replaced, with a new!!! blackbery. should tmobile replace it or amazon. i thank im just gonna canle it instead, i dont like to be taken in as a fool, or lied to, please help.

I have just recently got a verizon cell phone two months ago. It has been working fine up until the other night. Now I dont have a voice mail system. It either gets transferred to another person or it sounds like a dial up modem and people hang up because they think they have the wrong number. Anyone ever hear of this problem or had it? And more importantly anyone know how to fix this problem?

ok guys its a normal thing for at&t along with apple to drop calls so it not a suprise but the fix is already out for it the bumper case they knew there was a problem but its all good i know people are already trying to say its ios4 but its not apple know and admits the problem is the placement of the antennas so it is what it is still a nice looking phone till ya drop it once lol glass on both side are breaking left and right already APPLE GET RID OF THE GLASS IT BREAKS TO EASY LOL

I have three signal bars, but when i try to call it just beeps and hangs up. I can recieve and make text messages but now calls in or out.
