Hard Reset Factory Restore Password Pattern lock Wipe Guide Warning All Data will be erased and restored to factory settings. Hard Reset (Factory Restore) Password Wipe 1. Remove battery cover. 2. Remove & insert battery 3. Slide out the keyboard. Simultaneously press & hold both the “x” key and power button at the same time. 4. When you see the triangle with the android, let your fingers go. 5. Press the the middle of the volume button. 6. Select “wipe data factory reset” by scrolling down with the volume button key 7. Wait and watch it reboots and your dones. 8. Confirm on the next screen by scrolling down and select “yes” 9. After wipe is done select Reboot by pressing power button. 10. All done!

Press Volume Down to select Recovery then press Volume Up/Down. 5. When you see the triangle with the android screen, press Volume Up / Down. 6. Select wipe data / factory reset then press the Power button. 7. Select Yes — delete all user data then press the Power button. 8. Wait a minute while it wipe everything. Then select reboot system now then press the Power button.
