I’m on a family plan right now and I would like to get off. I bought an unlocked Moto V3 that I use on the TMobile network. I would like to get my own TMobile service but I don’t want to sign a contract and be stuck for 2-years. I heard somewhere that cell phone service providers only ask you to sign a 2-year contract since you get the phone for free. I don’t need a phone. Is this possible? I don’t want prepaid because I talk a lot on the phone and it would end up charging me a whole lot. Can I get a service plan only?

I have a verizon cell contract and it will be running out in a few weeks. I don’t want to renew my contract but I do want to stay with verizon just with their prepaid service. Can I keep my phone that I have been using or do I have to purchase a prepaid phone package? I really need to get something workout soon so I won’t have a lapse in my phone service and I want to do it the cheapest way possible. Please let me know if this can work and if you or anyone you know has done this before. Thank You!
I have talked to the sale reps at my local verizon and they won’t give me a yes or no. They just shrugged their shoulders. I’ve heard of people that have used their contract phones on prepaid but I don’t know anyone personal that has done this and if it can be done with verizon. I have a felling since the reps didn’t give me a straight answer then it could be done but all they wanted to do is sign me up for a new contract which is a waste of money for me. Everyone that I talk to on my cell has verizon so I was wanting to get the prepaid since it will only cost my .99 cent a day and with a contract it cost $39.99 month (you do get 450 minutes with the contract but I never use) but after all those taxes added to my bill aways comes to a little over $50 month. The prepaid would save me over $20 a month

AT&T offers free USBConnect Force 4G modem with contract
It may not get as much attention as some of its competitors, but AT&T‘s 4G LTE network is growing. The number of devices available for it are still a little slim, but AT&T doesn’t want that to stop you from giving it a shot: they’re essentially giving away 4G USB modems with a contract that [...]

I am trying to get out of my Verizon cell phone contract. The only change that i know they have made is that the “plan” i was originally on no longer exists. so could i use that change as a way to get out of the contrat without penalty fee’s?

im going to buy a verizon phone off ebay, and i want to use it with my contract, can i do that ?

I have searched HI and low and have had little information on how to get my iphone 4 with ios 4.2.1 past the activation screen. I had tried limera1n and greenpoison to jailbreak it to get past the no sim inserted (emergency calls only!) with no luck! You need a new at&t GoPhone sim card. you can get these many ways off ebay or in many local stores including at&t these are the ways i have used. 1. Went into my local at&t store to ask for a pay as you go sim card for my old at&t nokia phone from 3 years ago. They asked for my name and gave me the pay as you go sim card with no minutes on the card. She also activated it so I didn’t need to activate it online or via phone, with any ime number just plug it in. (Make sure it is a new sim card because they will only activate the first phone they are put in!) 2. You can also buy a go phone package from at&t for 15 dollars that includes the card and phone (if you do this make sure you activate the sim card with the ime of the gophone. DO NOT PUT THE SIM IN THE GO PHONE!!! Put it directly in the iphone 4 after cutting it down. It will only activate the first phone it is placed in). Now once you have taken the card home you can look at all the videos on how to cut a micro sim card on youtube, or search for a template on the web. Be sure to err on the side of caution when trimming your sim card start larger and keep trimming until you have it just right! You want it to fit tightly in the sim tray with no protruding points or edges
