when you go to settings, personalize and then skin, there are` three skins that you can choose from. is there a way to change it?

If you mean, the skin, yes just select a new one by moving down until you have highlighted the one you want and press select.
If you mean change like… make there no longer be there. Yes, you can do that to by deleting and or buying new skins.
