without activating it. i just want to buy the phone itself. but i know most places online make u activate it. i dont want to activate it cause i just like the phone anyway so if u know a site like ebay i guess than great thanks

AT&T network glitch limits iPhone 4 upload speeds
NEW YORK (AP) – AT&T says a software defect in its network is limiting uploadspeeds on the latest iPhone model in some areas. It’s the latest glitch to hit the iPhone 4, which went on sale in the U.S. two weeks ago.
